The Detroit Pistons snapped the Los Angeles Lakers’ nine‑game winning streak with a 113‑110 home victory at Little Caesars Arena.

Daniss Jenkins had a breakout performance, scoring 30 points — his career high — and nailing key baskets in the final moments to help Detroit pull ahead late. He also handed out eight assists.

Jalen Duren supported the Pistons with a 20‑point, 11‑rebound double‑double, while Tobias Harris scored 14 and Duncan Robinson chipped in 12. The Pistons earned their fourth straight win despite missing star Cade Cunningham due to a collapsed lung.

For the Lakers, Luka Dončić led all scorers with 32 points, and Austin Reaves added 24. Deandre Ayton recorded a double‑double (13 points, 10 rebounds) while LeBron James nearly had one with 12 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds. Dončić was available to play after the team successfully appealed to rescind a technical foul that would have suspended him.

Detroit took control early and maintained a lead for much of the game, but Los Angeles rallied in the fourth quarter. In the closing seconds, Jenkins hit clutch shots and free throws, and Dončić missed a potential game‑tying three at the buzzer.
