In NCAA Season 101 women’s volleyball action, the undermanned Arellano Lady Chiefs pulled off a 22‑25, 19‑25, 26‑24, 25‑17, 15‑12 comeback win over the San Beda Lady Red Spikers on March 3, 2026, at the EAC Gym, earning a crucial victory that boosts their hopes for a top‑four finish.

Despite missing key players Crisanta Servidad and Laika Tudlasan, Arellano relied on a balanced performance, with Sam Tiratira scoring 15 points, while Cassey Florida and Moming Padillon each contributed 14, and Kheisha Abitria added 11.

San Beda looked on track to sweep early by winning the first two sets, but Arellano fought back in the third to stay alive and dominated the next two frames to force a deciding set. In the final stretch, Arellano edged ahead after trading points with San Beda before finishing off the match as errors from the Lady Red Spikers helped seal the victory.

San Beda’s Angel Habacon led the losing side with 21 points along with 10 receptions and seven digs, while Janelle Bachar added 19 markers in a strong individual showing.
