ROXAS CITY – Actor Nico Antonio, who portrayed Atty. Willie in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2025 entry Unmarry, has officially joined the legal profession after passing the 2025 Bar Examinations.
In an interview with Bombo Radyo Roxas, Antonio shared his message for people who are planning to enter law school.
Antonio said that the desire to become a lawyer must come from the heart, emphasizing that passion and commitment are essential to withstand the challenges of legal education.
He also reminded aspiring law students to prepare themselves for extensive reading and the demanding nature of law school, which requires discipline, patience, and perseverance.
Antonio further highlighted the financial realities of pursuing a law degree. He advised students to be ready for the high cost of law school. For scholars, he encouraged them to study diligently and make the most of the opportunity. For those who are not on scholarship, he said every cent spent should be carefully considered and serve as a reminder of their purpose in studying law.
