ROXAS CITY, CAPIZ — Capiz Governor Fredenil Castro expressed his gratitude to all Capizeños who joined the opening of Capiztahan 2026, the province’s much-anticipated annual cultural festival.
In his remarks, Governor Castro urged the public to join their fellow Capizeños in celebrating their heritage and history. “Come together, brothers and sisters of Capiz, and take pride in your roots. Share the stories and legacy that run in your blood,” he said.
Capiztahan 2026 is scheduled to be held in April 2026, promising a showcase of the province’s rich culture, traditions, and local talents.
