The House Ethics Committee has found Cavite 4th District Rep. Kiko Barzaga guilty of disorderly behavior over alleged misconduct in his social media posts.
The committee recommended a 60-day suspension without pay, along with a stern warning.
Following the announcement, Barzaga addressed the plenary, stating that he fully accepts the committee’s decision and added that “President Marcos should be held accountable for his crimes.”
