Student Beaten by Three Minors After Accidentally Touching a Girl’s Hand

A student was severely beaten by three other minors after he accidentally touched the hand of a girl, who turned out to be the girlfriend of one of the attackers, in Zamboanga City.

CCTV footage captured the incident at a covered court in Barangay Cabatangan, where the three assailants punched and kicked the victim.

According to the victim, authorities have already spoken to him, and he explained that the altercation started when he unintentionally touched the hand of a girl, who was the girlfriend of one of his attackers.

The Barangay Council for the Protection of Children will coordinate with the parents of the three minors involved, who are aged between 11 and 14.
