JAMINDAN, CAPIZ – Officials from all 30 barangays of Jamindan gathered for the Brgy. Night 2026, themed “One Jamindan for Everyone,” an event filled with camaraderie and celebration organized by the Liga ng mga Barangay.
The occasion was graced by the presence of Hon. Jane T. Castro, Representative of Capiz’s Second District, and Hon. Ma. Concepcion “Khuku” T. Castro, Municipal Mayor of Dumalag and sister of Capiz Governor Hon. Fredenil H. Castro. Support also came from Board Members Hon. Gilbert Ardivilla and Hon. Ivy Fundal.
In her message, Mayor Donnah Valdemar expressed gratitude for the cooperation and support of the 30 barangays toward the local government’s initiatives. She thanked the officials and residents for their collaborative efforts, which continue to advance various programs and projects aimed at a more prosperous and thriving Jamindan.
Mayor Valdemar also noted that the success of Binuligay Fiesta 2026 would not have been possible without the guidance of the Sangguniang Bayan, led by Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Lemuel Vestidas and all council members, along with the support of former mayor and current JACEMMS Director General 2026, Sir Mac Artur L. Valdemar, Municipal Administrator of LGU Jamindan.
The Brgy. Night: One Jamindan for Everyone 2026 is an annual activity spearheaded by Liga President Hon. Raul L. Nepomuceno and all 30 barangays, held in celebration of Sr. San Sebastian’s feast day.
