Team Falcons have made a big roster change ahead of the start of MPL Philippines Season 17, parting ways with well‑known midlaner Angelo “Pheww” Arcangel and bringing in veteran star Salic “Hadji” Imam to take over midlane duties.
The esports squad officially introduced its updated lineup, which includes exp laner David Charles “Flap” Canon, jungler Michael “Kyle” Sayson, gold laner Marco “Super Marco” Requitiano, and roamer Rowgien “Owgwen” Unigo.
Pheww has been an iconic figure in the MPL and helped lead teams like AP.Bren to two world championships, earning a place in the MPL Philippines’ Hall of Legends. With his departure, Team Falcons are shifting focus and entrusting Hadji — who recently left Smart Omega — with helping the squad compete for championships.
Hadji himself has a decorated track record in the league, having won multiple MPL titles and contributing to a world championship with Blacklist International.
