National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago has urged alias “Totoy” to name the agency personnel allegedly involved in the disappearance of several cockfighters.

The controversial whistleblower had earlier claimed the involvement of some NBI personnel in the issue of missing cockfighters, along with police officers and several prominent personalities.

Director Santiago insisted that no case could be initiated without specific names or identifications. He said that if alias Totoy refuses to mention names, the investigation cannot proceed, and all NBI personnel will be considered suspects in the crime.

The NBI had previously expressed its willingness to assist in the ongoing investigation led by the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

According to Santiago, the agency is also ready to conduct forensic procedures, including DNA testing, lie detector tests, and other processes to help uncover the truth behind the revelations made by Alias Totoy.
