Nagpanawagan ang Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), nga indi pagpabay-an kag siguruhon nga luwas ang mga hinuptanan nga sapat sa tunga sang pagpanglaslas sang Bagyong Enteng.
Kadungan sini naghayag ang PAWS sang tatlo ka mga pahanumdum agud masiguro ang kaluwasan sang mga ini;
“BE PREPARED. Have your evacuation plan and emergency go-kit ready, complete with essentials like pet food, water, first aid supplies, and medical records. Make sure you know how and where to safely transport your pets.
BE RESOURCEFUL. In emergencies, everyday items like laundry baskets or basins can serve as makeshift carriers.
NEVER LEAVE THEM BEHIND. Your pets are family and should never be abandoned in difficult times. If, for any compelling reason, you absolutely cannot take them with you, PLEASE UNCAGE AND UNCHAIN THEM to give them a fighting chance.”
